1 Package of Skillet-Ready Ground Walnut

2 T finely chopped parsley

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 egg, vegan egg or flax egg

7 small slider buns

Toppings! We like caramelized onions, pickled jalapeños, avocado and arugula!


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. In a large bowl mix 1 package of Skillet-Ready Ground Walnut with the parsley, bread crumbs and egg together.

  3. Line a baking sheet with a silicon baking mat or parchment paper. Measure a 1/3 cup of the mixture and form into a patty. This should make about 7 patties. Place the patties on the baking sheet. Bake for about 20 mins flipping the patties halfway through.

  4. Once baked add to bun and your favorite slider toppings!
