1 Package of Skillet-Ready Ground Walnut

2 T finely chopped parsley

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 egg, vegan egg or flax egg

1/2 t paprika

1/2 t fennel seed

Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. In a large bowl mix 1 package of Skillet-Ready Ground Walnut with the parsley, bread crumbs, egg, paprika, fennel seed, salt and pepper.

  3. Line a baking sheet with a silicon baking mat or parchment paper. Measure a teaspoon of the mixture and form into a ball. Place the meatballs on the baking sheet. Bake for about 10 mins flipping the patties halfway through.

  4. Once baked add to red sauce and pasta!
