Skillet-Ready Ground Walnut is a great substitute for ground beef in any chili! This classic chili recipe is great for any cold day.

Ingredients
2 T oil
1 Package of Skillet-Ready Ground Walnut
3 T chili powder
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/4 t cayenne (optional)
1 T tomato paste
1 16 oz can diced tomatoes
1 16 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 16 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup stock
Optional Toppings: sour cream, black olives, chives, cheddar cheese
Instructions
Heat oil in a large soup pot under medium heat. Add Skillet-Ready Ground Walnut. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Stir in chili powder, salt, pepper, cayenne and tomato paste. Cook for about 2 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans tomato sauce and stock. Bring chili to a boil.
Remove from heat. Serve in bowls and top with topping of your choice!
